Team users, roles, and company-level settings.
If you have multiple shops or staff members, EVRST supports this.
Team Users
In Settings > Team & Permissions, you can:

Add staff members as users

Assign roles (Manager, Cashier, Supervisor, Viewer)

Grant specific permissions (can create invoices, can approve discounts, etc.)

Audit who did what via the Audit Log
Each user logs in with their own account. Their sales are tied to them for accountability.
Company-Level Settings
If you operate as a single entity across multiple locations, set everything in one company:

One inventory pool (stock is shared across locations)

One customer database
-
Consolidated reports
If locations are legally separate or have separate inventory, set up separate company accounts.
Frequently asked questions
Can I limit what my staff are allowed to do?
Yes. In Settings > Team & Permissions you can add staff as users, assign roles such as Manager, Cashier, Supervisor, or Viewer, and grant specific permissions like creating invoices or approving discounts. Each user logs in with their own account and the Audit Log records who did what.
How do I handle more than one shop location?
If you operate as a single entity across locations, set everything up in one company so you share one inventory pool, one customer database, and consolidated reports. If the locations are legally separate or hold separate inventory, set up separate company accounts.
