Getting Help

While EVRST is designed to be intuitive, questions come up. Here is how to get answers:

  • In-App Help - Many screens have a small "?" icon with tips

  • Documentation - This guide covers all major features

  • Email Support - Write to [email protected] for technical issues

  • Sales Enquiries - Write to [email protected] about licensing, pricing, or adding terminals

  • Support Tickets - Raise a ticket from Settings > Support and track its progress under My Tickets (full version)

We usually reply the same day, and within 48 hours at the latest. Support runs every day of the week, not only on weekdays.

Updates and Announcements

New releases, fixes, and offers arrive through the notification bell beside the Dashboard title. Important announcements appear once as a pop-up so you do not miss them; everything else waits quietly behind the bell until you read it.

EVRST does not update itself in the background. When a new version is ready, the notice includes a download link and you install it when it suits you. This is deliberate: on a shop counter, an update that restarts the software in the middle of a sale is worse than an update that waits until closing time.

Installing a new version over your existing one keeps all your data, settings, and license. On a multi-till setup, update the main PC first, then the terminals.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact EVRST Invoice support?

Email [email protected] for technical issues, or [email protected] for licensing, pricing, and terminal questions. Full-version users can also raise a ticket from Settings > Support and track it under My Tickets.

How quickly does EVRST Invoice support reply?

We usually reply the same day, and within 48 hours at the latest. Support runs every day of the week, not only on weekdays.

Does EVRST update itself automatically?

No, and that is deliberate. On a shop counter, an update that restarts the software mid-sale is worse than one that waits. When a new version is ready, the notice includes a download link and you install it when it suits you.

Will updating lose my data or license?

No. Installing a new version over your existing one keeps all your data, settings, and license. On a multi-till setup, update the Main Server first, then the terminals.
