Are there any recurring fees?
No. The price you pay is the price. No monthly fees, no annual renewals, no surprise charges for "premium features" later. We do not have a Pro tier, an Enterprise tier, or a hidden upsell.
How do I receive the app after buying?
We email your download link and license key - usually within hours of purchase. You install it on your own Windows PC; nothing runs on our servers.
Do I get help installing and setting it up?
Yes. Every purchase includes a free 60-minute remote session where we install EVRST, configure it for your business, and train you. As a launch offer, you also get 6 months of free remote support afterwards.
Does it handle VAT and GST?
Yes. EVRST supports tax-inclusive billing and generates tax-ready reports - VAT for GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE and more) and GST for India. You set your rates; the reports follow.
Do major version upgrades cost extra?
All minor updates (e.g. 3.1 → 3.5) are free forever. Major upgrades (4.x) are paid, but existing customers get a 50% loyalty discount. You can stay on the 3.x line indefinitely if you prefer.
Can I transfer my license to another machine?
Yes. Deactivate on the old machine, activate on the new one. The license is tied to your account, not the hardware. You can do this as often as needed.
What if I'm not happy with the product?
